An Integrated Regional Water Management Plan (IRWMP) is a comprehensive planning document to encourage regional strategies for management of water resources. A good plan should investigate a broad spectrum of management strategies, identify the benefits of integrating water management strategies, and set priorities for implementing projects and programs.

Since adopting the USR IRWM Plan in 2013, the RWAG has worked to execute on major projects in our region in service of the mission in the IRWM Plan.
